On May 6, 2021, the Department of Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital held a virtual Harvard Medical Grand Rounds on COVID-19. Zeina Chemali, MD, MPH, medical director of the McCance Center for Brain Health in the Department of Neurology at Mass General, and experts from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Spaulding, spoke about long-term COVID-19 symptoms.

The session was moderated by Katrina Armstong, MD, physician-in-chief in the Department of Medicine at Mass General. Other speakers included Jason H. Maley, MD, director of Critical Illness and COVID-19 Survivorship Program and associate director of the Medical Intensive Care Units at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Jeffrey Sparks, MD, MMSc, associate physician in the Department of Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Joseph T. Giacino, PhD, director of Rehabilitation Neuropsychology at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.
