Optimal Graft Fixation Angles Proposed for ACL Reconstruction
Rehabilitation approaches may need to differ for ACL-deficient knees and intact knees. Optimal graft fixation angles for various tunnel positions reported.

Successful Double-Bundle ACL Reconstruction Requires Precise Posterolateral Tunnel Position
The failure rate is high for posterolateral grafts in double-bundle ACL reconstruction. Researchers used a 3D model to examine whether changes in femoral tunnel position affect graft forces.

Posterior Placement of Computer-Simulated ACL Grafts Yields More Anisometric Behavior During Knee Flexion
Correct fixation angle and tensioning are important in ACL reconstruction, especially in anisometric reconstruction. Mass General surgeons used computer simulations to see how socket positioning affects isometry and strain.
