2019 Congress of Neurological Surgeons Annual Meeting
The 2019 Congress of Neurological Surgeons Annual Meeting is to provide continuing medical education for practicing neurosurgeons, neurosurgical residents in training, and postgraduate neurosurgical fellows, as well as advanced practice providers including nurses, physician assistants, and clinical specialists.
Location
The 2019 CNS Annual Meeting will take place at the Moscone Convention Center.
The Moscone Convention Center, popularly known as the Moscone Center, is the largest convention and exhibition complex in San Francisco, California. The complex consists of three main halls spread out across three blocks and 87 acres in the South of Market neighborhood.
Moscone Center West is a three-level exhibition hall located across 4th Street from Moscone North.

Annual Meeting registrations are only processed with a valid credit card or check. Once your registration is submitted, payment is processed immediately.
Full registration refunds, less a $100 processing fee, will be granted if written requests for cancellation are received by 5:00 pm CST on September 25, 2019. Symposia and seminar tickets will be refunded in full until September 25, 2019. No refunds of any kind will be given after this date, regardless of cause. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
