A Department of Medicine Medical Grand Rounds presentation, which took place virtually on January 19, 2023, was led by the Corrigan Minehan Heart Center at Massachusetts General Hospital.

The presenters included J. Sawalla Guseh, MD, director of the Cardiovascular Performance Fellowship Program, and Michael Honigberg, MD, MPP, cardiologist in the Heart Center. Dr. Guseh discussed the Cardiovascular Performance Program at Mass General and the emergence of sports cardiology as a new discipline. Dr. Honigberg presented the implications of pregnancy history for preventive cardiovascular care.

Mass General's Joshua P. Metlay, MD, PhD, chief of the Division of General Internal Medicine, was the course director.
