Ricardo Mouro Pinto, PhD, MSc, is interested in human genetics and neurosciences, with a strong research focus on repeat expansion-associated disorders, such as Huntington’s Disease (HD) and Friedreich's Ataxia (FA), particularly concerning mechanisms of trinucleotide repeat instability.
