Open-Source Tool Performs Whole-Brain Segmentation of Longitudinal MRI Scans
Stefano Cerri, PhD, Koen Van Leemput, PhD, and colleagues developed a method for whole-brain segmentation of longitudinal MRI scans that generalizes to different scanners and MRI sequences, does not put any constraints on the number or timing of follow-up scans, and can segment white matter lesions simultaneously.
Biography
Koen Van Leemput, PhD, is an investigator in the Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital and an assistant professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School.
