Rehabilitation of Anterior Knee Pain in the Pregnant Athlete
Pregnant women are encouraged to exercise, but physiological changes can lead to musculoskeletal problems. Massachusetts General Hospital clinicians have published trimester-by-trimester guidance about rehabilitation goals and interventions for pregnant recreational and competitive athletes who have anterior knee pain.
Biography
Dr. Baute attended Brown University Medical School then completed a residency program at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to joining the faculty at Massachusetts General Hospital, she was on staff at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
