In blood samples from patients who recovered from the first wave of SARS-CoV-2 infection, Massachusetts General Hospital researchers found some CD4+ T cell subsets were more common with milder disease. James J. Moon, PhD, is a principal investigator in the Center for Immunology and Inflammatory Diseases at Massachusetts General Hospital and an assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School.
