In the first large study of people taking angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers who had known exposure to SARS-CoV-2, researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital found those drug classes were associated with reduced risk of a COVID-19 diagnosis.
