Biography
David McFadden earned his MD and PhD degrees at UT Southwestern. He then completed post-graduate medical training at Harvard Medical School with an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Endocrinology Fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital. br> Following fellowship, he stayed at Mass General and Havard Medical School as junior faculty and was a member of the Center for Endocrine Tumors and a staff physician in the Thyroid Associates and Endocrine Tumor Genetics clinics. br> After completing postdoctoral work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he returned to UT Southwestern as an assistant professor in the Division of Endocrinology in 2015. As a physician, David’s clinical interest is the treatment of tumors arising from endocrine glands, including thyroid cancer.
