Targeting Lipid Synthesis Efficacious in Glioblastoma Mouse Models

Badr, PhD, and colleagues found YTX-7739, an orally available stearoyl coenzyme A desaturase 1 inhibitor, triggered lipotoxicity in glioblastoma stem-like cells, and with or without temozolomide, it was efficacious in mouse models of glioblastoma.
